Control of our own destiny – isn’t that what we all seek, all day, every day -- just a little control over our own lives?
We will get that when The Citizenry becomes the fourth and highest branch of government, determining the national policies that affect their lives through binding national referenda. Other nations already enjoy this level of respect from their governments, this level of Democracy.
Our last revolution established a “new world order” – the idea that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed – not the other way round. The next revolution will establish a new order as well -- the idea that governments are bound to act on the policy decisions made by their sovereign Citizens.
